What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well lit photo where your pet's face is visible and in focus. Eye level works best. Avoid heavy filters, and if you can, use the original photo from your phone rather than a screenshot. See examples in our photo guide.
When will I see my portrait?
We email your proof within 24 hours of your order, or within 12 hours with Priority proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Every order includes up to 2 free revisions, such as a different background, colors, or details. Just reply to your proof email.
How long does delivery take?
After you approve your proof, printing and US delivery usually take about 1 to 2 weeks. Holiday weeks can take longer, so order early for Christmas.
What if I don't love it?
If you are not happy with your proof after the revisions, we refund your order in full before anything is printed. Damaged prints are replaced for free.
Can I add more than one pet?
Yes. Choose up to 4 pets at the start and upload one photo of each. Each extra pet is $25, and we bring them together in one portrait.
How much is shipping?
Shipping to any US address is free on orders of $89 or more. Below that it is a flat $7.99. Digital files are sent by email, so there is nothing to ship. Mugs and pillows are made by a separate print partner and may arrive in their own package.
Can the name be in another language?
Yes. Our fonts support English and most European languages with accents (é, ñ, ü), plus Cyrillic. Need a different alphabet? Reply to your order confirmation email and we will check it for you.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we ship to addresses in the United States only.
What happens to my photos?
We use your photos only to create your order. We never sell them or use them in our marketing without your permission.
