Returns and refunds

Our love it guarantee

• You see a proof of your portrait before anything is printed.
• Every order includes up to 2 free revisions. Just reply to your proof email.
• Still not happy with your proof after the revisions? We refund your order in full before printing.

After printing

Because each item is custom made with your photos and text, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind once your order is printed. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the proof you approved, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it for free.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your proof. Once you approve it, your order goes into production and can no longer be canceled.

Digital files

You can get a full refund on a digital file order any time before the final file is delivered.

Incorrect addresses

If a package comes back to us because the address entered at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, we can ship it again once you confirm the address. Reshipping may require a new shipping charge.

How refunds are issued

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund. Questions? Email piximypaws@gmail.com.
