After you order, we email you a proof of your portrait. Your order goes into production only after you approve the proof. You can ask for up to 2 free revisions. Colors on your screen may look slightly different from the printed product.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. We may correct prices that were shown in error and will contact you before charging a different amount. Promo codes cannot be combined unless we say so, and they have no cash value.
When you upload photos or add text, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that they do not break any law or anyone's rights. We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if the content is offensive or infringes someone's rights.
Your portrait is for your personal use, including gifts and sharing on social media. Please do not resell it or use it to make products for sale without our written permission. We will not use your portrait in our marketing without your permission.

We do our best to keep the site accurate and working, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
