Everything you need to know about how your portrait gets to you.
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Your proof arrives by email within 24 hours of your order, or within 12 hours with Skip the line. We start printing as soon as you approve your proof. Printing and US delivery usually take about 1 to 2 weeks after approval.
Delivery times are estimates from our print and shipping partners and are not guaranteed. Carriers are busier around the holidays, so please order early if your portrait is a Christmas gift.
When your order ships, we email you the tracking details.
Some items are made by different print partners. For example, mugs and pillows may arrive in a separate package from your canvas or framed print.
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us at piximypaws@gmail.com before you approve your proof. Once an order is printed and shipped, we can no longer change the address.
If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo of the item and the box within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it for free. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, contact us and we will help you with the carrier.
